Things on the Nov Ballot that will affect you whether you like it or not

I'm simply relaying this information as the following are "family" issues and will have an effect on the bringing up of our kids.

even if you are a NO on PROP 8, it is good to hear the other side that you most likely have never heard before. I'm an information hog and have a need to hear all sides. Let's all get Edu-ma-cated together ladies ;)


secondly,
some bills we can vote on via phone operator of Arnold S (CA Governator) by calling to make your position known. One phone call per vote on a particular bill. There are many more bills than the ones below but these are the "family" bills that will affect you and will have an effect on your kids growing up.

1) Dial 1 916-445-2841. This gets you into the Governor's phone system.
2) Press 1 for English
3) Press 2. This gets you into the poll to comment on legislation.
4) Press # of corresponding legislations. For example, pressing 1 gets you into the queue to "vote" your opinion on AB 2567
5) Press 1 for a YES vote or 2 to record a NO (or veto) vote.
